Return window

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return.

Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it, unless it's defective.

How to request a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Defective products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible; we'll cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or a full refund.

Return shipping costs

Unless the product is defective or the error is ours, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
